I started training once a week with Mike a couple of months ago with a friend in the partner training program. He’s been able to help me fully understand how to work out properly and encourages me to push myself. He willingly shares his expertise with you to make the sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience.
He’s easy to relate to and has a good sense of humor which helps to motivate me. He has also been wonderful at providing alternative workouts I can do on my own. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a fun and dedicated trainer who sincerely cares about your individual progress.
