Even though, I did not make the challenge and lose the 20 lbs., I did lose inches of body fat which is really what all is about! I gained valuable information doing this program, including the nutrition aspect of building muscle/losing fat and different types of exercises. Every day was a different workout which kept me on my toes!!
The trainers are well educated about fitness and awesome motivators! I would highly recommend this program!!! I hope when I heal after my accident, that I am able participate in another challenge!
