I first started training with Mike in 2009 at Urban Active. Every training session I had with him was individualized and challenging. He even created individual workout plans for the week, unlike most other trainers I had seen. This was a huge plus since I was only training with Mike once a week. It allowed for me to continue the progress I was already making but on a daily basis.
Not only did he help me through my workouts, he also suggested great options for watching my diet. Every week I look forward to training with Mike and seeing what he has planned for me. I plan on continuing to train with Mike for as long as he is in business.
