I’ve been working out with a personal trainer about 15 years, the last two with Mike. He’s without a doubt the best trainer I’ve had. As a small woman in my 60′s, my goals are to maintain upper body and core strength, and stay fit.
Mike is very insightful about a balance between pushing to new goals vs. avoiding injury. Every workout is custom tailored for me on that day, which keeps it interesting! Plus, the basics: always on time and ready to go with a smile and a joke. Truly a superb personal trainer and a quality person!
