Don’t judge…but there used to be weeks that I would go without working out (which was always especially true when it got cold out – everyone’s had that day where they don’t want to get off the couch or out of bed early to go to the gym, right?).
I’ve been working out with Mike twice a week in the morning, and it has been awesome! Not only does it energize me during my work-day, but also motivates me to workout throughout the week! I like that he customizes my workouts based on what I’m trying to accomplish (and sometimes help me set my expectations appropriately with more realistic goals), makes sure I’m doing exercises to my full potential, but also has fun!
