I’ve always wondered how people have the motivation to come to the gym two to three times a week and never could bring myself to do it on my own. When I signed up for personal training, I was a bit skeptical but I stuck to my plan and that’s where Mike came in to help.
From day one after we were introduced, he has pushed me to make significant gains in strength and endurance. By teaching me both proper form and technique, he has instilled a sense of confidence in me that I never had before when working out. Mike is always teaching me new exercises and most importantly explaining the benefits of these exercises have on our bodies. He pushes me to my full capabilities and I personally have done things that I never thought I could do before. He is always motivating me to keep going when I feel I can’t lift another muscle.
I have a whole new perspective on working out now because of what Mike has taught me and I now fully understand what it means to be sore. My diet and physique owe a lot of credit to Mike’s dedication to keeping me in the gym.
