Mike has been my personal trainer for about two years. I have always been physically active, running and trying to stay thin but never felt strong. Mike has helped me to achieve my goals of having a more fit and stronger physique.
He suggests exercises that are individualized and challenging but never more than I can handle. He also very positive and personable which makes my workout time fun. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get the results I didn’t know I could have. Thanks Mike.
