I have struggled to keep my weight down for as long as I can remember, and have always had a love-hate relationship with working out. I would go through phases where I worked out consistently for a few months, then something would happen to knock me off the “workout wagon” and I would go for months without exercising.
That is, until I met Mike Seta! The most important benefit I find in training with Mike is the accountability he offers. In our first meeting Mike recorded all of my measurements in order to track my progress. This provided me with a sense of accomplishment as I saw the numbers dropping. I wasn’t in bad shape when I started training with Mike, but I knew I could look and feel so much better if I made a commitment. Mike pushes me hard every week which has resulted in very rapid results.
In 2 months I dropped from 124 lbs to 115 lbs, lost 3 inches off of my waist and hips, and lost 4% body fat! Mike helped me reach my goals very quickly and now we are focused on setting new goals. I am more lean and muscular than I was at 25, and that is after having 2 children! Mike’s workouts are customized to meet my level of fitness and take it to the next level.
I am excited to see how my body will continue to look and feel better and love the challenges he gives me.
