After 10 years of being “the fat one over there” I decided to do something about it. Since I have the motivation of a rock, I needed a trainer that can be the motivation for me. When looking online for trainers I noticed that the Seta Personal Training website I stumbled upon had a ton of information and prices posted right there for me to read.
I hate talking on the phone and passed up other sites because I don’t like calling just to find out I can’t afford something. Before signing up to receive a call, I knew what I was getting into, who I would be training with, AND how much it would cost.
I now go to Mike three days a week and am loving every minute of it. He took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. He is beyond knowledgeable about food choices, supplements, and cardio routines on non-workout-with-him days. It has been two months and I am not getting bored because the training sessions are different each time.
If I can’t stick with the food choices or routines then he finds something else that I can stick with. He understands that people are different and not everyone can do the same program.
I am losing weight at a safe and consistent rate that I am very happy with. My energy levels are up and so is my self-esteem. The gym he trains at is very nice and the people there come in all shapes and sizes so you won’t be embarrassed that you’re not a size zero.
I highly recommend Mike for his dedication to his clients, the emphasis on safe weight loss/toning, and his wonderful attitude. On a side note; the three days a week training (12 sessions a month) is the best option to start with if, like me, you can’t control or trust yourself to behave with food or exercise. My inability to control myself with food and lack of exercise got me into this mess and going to Mike as often asI do is honestly what keeps me focused enough to continue to want to get thinner.
