Mike Seta has been my trainer for five months. I began working with him once every other week but found the time spent worthwhile so that we are now meeting weekly. He is fun to work with and always varies the workout so that time goes by quickly. At the same time, I feel that I really get a good workout each time; Working up a sweat and feeling the effort.
I am seeing good results from the effort and plan to continue working with him. He is always on time, gives me a full workout and keeps me smiling at the same time. I would definitely recommend Mike as a well qualified, dedicated trainer.
