I have been working out with Mike since May 2008. Before that time, I had worked out on my own but not with proper discipline. He structured a workout program uniquely for me, helped me to become more disciplined in my workouts and helped me to overcome some big opportunity areas. I’ve been able to reach some of my short term goals.
Mike is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. He is always positive and offers the right amount of courage. He makes working out less of a burden and more fun. I looked forward to each session with Mike. He is dedicated and brings a strong work ethic to each session.
