My problem was motivation and sticking to it. I hated traditional work outs (endless treadmill running) and even more, I hated limiting food options (just tryyyyy and take this Orange Leaf out of my hands… you will fail). But I finally got sick of being self-conscious and did something about it.
I started with Mike around two months ago and he has helped me the most with reminding me that “this is a process”. He keeps me engaged for the long term and always reminds me of my goal. I see Mike twice a week and I honestly look forward to it. Mike is so engaged in the process; he gives me exercises to do at home, monthly fitness tips, and motivation throughout the week.
He is very easy to get in contact with and that’s what I love most… my training doesn’t stop after I leave the gym; I can always get in contact with him to ask questions, etc. I highly recommend Mike for his passion for his work, his motivational attitude, and his experience. No more excuses!
