The 6-week challenge was definitely that, a challenge! The trainers were there to help with any questions, provide the proper technique and form for exercising safely, but more importantly to provide ongoing support. I joined this challenge because I wanted to try something new and to be a part of a group all after the same goal; to live a healthier lifestyle.
The encouragement offered and the overall supportive atmosphere of both the trainers and clients was ongoing and much appreciated. (Especially going six weeks without any sugar or sweets!) Thanks to Mike Seta, Patrick Gilpin and the other staff who provided all of us with a fun environment to workout in and a nutrition plan that was tough, but successful!
If you’re stuck in a rut and feeling the monotony of going to a “regular” gym isn’t cutting it, I’d recommend to try this place out.
